Who is looking for a quick, highly effective, 30 minute home workout AND it leaves your legs feeling like jello?

Yes Girl…I got you!!!

Check out this super quick workout that requires only you and a comfortable spot on the floor. Two series with one standing and one on the floor. Lots of volume to feel those legs burn and head us straight into jello legs.

Can I get an effective workout at home?

Absolutely and with little to no equipment.

The best workout is a completed workout. YOU can get a good workout anywhere. What stands in the way of getting a solid workout isn’t about where you do but….but it’s whether you do it.

Home workouts do not need to be fancy. My workouts are often filled with moves that would be labeled “back to the basics”. They work…period.

For this workout, you only need you and a comfortable spot. We are working on lots of reps but will keep the workout under the 30 minute mark.

Two series with one standing and one on the floor with each exercise having 20 reps each.
