I am totally calling this workout “sits of walls”. Good gracious…you are totally going to LOVE and HATE this workout all at the same time.

Just need you, weights, and a wall. That’s it!

Be prepared for one heck of a workout that is going to leave those legs feeling it for a few days.

Check out this home workout that focuses on the legs. So many things that can be done with items found right in your own home. Today, we start with just a wall!

What do I need for this workout?

The beauty of being able to workout at home is being creative with what you use to do the workout (plus you can totally wear what every you want).

For this workout, you will need weights (or something heavy) and a wall. That’s it!

And this one…well, this one is a doozy of a workout.

No need to count reps as we are going for time.

The Workout

For this workout, you have two options.   Print out the workout below, set a timer, and go.

OR workout with me.  Just need to hit the play button on the video below.

Directions: Every exercise is 45 seconds on and a 15 second rest.  There is no need to count and stop/rest/restart when needed.  Repeat each series twice before moving to the next.
