The Perfect Small Space, Full Body, No Equipment, Home Workout

So you want to start working out, but you don’t want to leave the house?

You have come to the perfect spot! This is a workout made by moms for moms that is all about highly effective exercise moves in the shortest amount of time as possible. AND…one that doesn’t require a butt load of equipment or special gadgets.

This is totally a workout that you will feel for a few days and know that you are growing some sexy lean muscles all over that gorgeous body.

This 30 minute, no equipment, full body home workout is perfect for a small space and was designed specifically for the busy mama.

Working out at the gym or fitness studio is great, but sometimes, you just want to get your workout in at home…or on vacation, work trip, or where ever you may be.

While many of us don’t carry around a stocked gym of equipment, the need to have a workout that not only works but requires minimal equipment is a necessity. This full body bodyweight workout is one that you will feel for days after completing.

The Workout

For this workout, you just need you and a comfortable spot on the floor. This is a workout that is jammed packed with a ton of volume (or reps) and you will feel the burn.

Need to take a break? Or shake out that muscle? Do it and then jump right back in.

This workout is broken up into sections (or series of moves).

We start out with a quick warm-up to get the blood flowing. This is about movement and can be anything you like doing.

Series 1:

  • 10 incline push ups
  • 50 sumo squats
  • 50 calf raises

Series 2:

  • 10 incline push ups
  • 50 squats with side knee (25/leg)
  • 50 side lunge with knee lift (25/leg)

Series 3:

  • 10 tricep push ups
  • 50 hip lifts
  • 50 out/ins

Series 4:

  • 10 tricep push up
  • 25 side plank with toe taps – right
  • 25 side plank with toe taps – left

Series 5:

  • 10 bear crawl push backs
  • 50 donkey kicks (25/leg)
  • 50 fire hydrants (25/leg)

Cool down and stretch!
