But, the truth is you can get a highly effective workout in your own home that gets a good sweat on, muscle building, and toning to that sexy gorgeous body.
PLUS…it’s all in the comfort of your own home.
Today’s workout takes us back to the basics with simple, yet effective moves to get your arms humming.
You know that feeling when you have had a really good workout…and all the muscles are talking to you….Yep, this is the exact workout for this.
Even during these stranger times of lockdown, a good workout can be accomplished in your own home. Check out today’s upper body home workout that was created by a mom for a mom. Quick, simple moves, highly effective, and all without dragging out a ton of exercise equipment.
What do I need for this workout?
The best workouts, especially at home, don’t require a ton of equipment to be dragged out of the closet or from under our bed. This workout only needs you, a pair of weights (or really anything heavy), and a desk/wall to lean against.
Today…we are going for time with a very short rest. No need to count how many reps you did and gives you time to focus on the move and your form.
For this workout, you have two options. Print out the workout below, set a time, and go
OR workout with me. Just need to hit the play button on the video below.
Directions: Every exercise is 45 seconds on and a 15 second rest. There is no need to count and stop/rest/restart when needed. Repeat each series twice before moving to the next.
